Array Information Technology, Inc. strengthens its ability to execute with two key hires in the US Federal civilian IT market.

The new hires bring significant industry experience that will help ARRAY shape its strategy and increase its ability to execute in the State Department and adjacent markets in the US Federal civilian IT marketplace. Both of these key hires support ARRAY’s aggressive growth strategy that it has embarked on as it prepares to graduate from the SBA’s 8(a) program in 2011.

Array Information Technology, Inc. (ARRAY), an Inc. 500, Deloitte 500, and Washington Technology Fast 50 small business, announces two key senior management new hires as a part of its overall growth and expansion strategy within the State Department. “The Department is a key account for ARRAY and these are critical hires to continue the strong execution of our strategy,” says Sumeet Shrivastava, President of ARRAY.

Mr. Fadi Zara has joined ARRAY as Director, reporting to Anthony Clayton, Senior Director, Public Sector. In his role, Fadi will oversee ARRAY’s operations at the Bureau of Consular Affairs in addition to helping shape and execute ARRAY’s expansion strategy in the Law Enforcement and Public Safety markets. Ms. Colleen Hope joins ARRAY as the Lead Information Architect focusing on the State Department but also responsible for supporting ARRAY’s efforts to strengthen its portfolio of government clients in the web space, particularly in content development and management. These new hires will expand the capability and capacity of ARRAY to serve its current and future clients.

Mr. Zara is an accomplished program management executive with more than 20-years experience and broad expertise in large-scale, mission-critical information technology and telecommunications programs. Fadi has a long history of success in leading nationwide programs for companies including Unisys, Daimler Chrysler and DynCorp. His significant experience includes managing mission-critical IT services for high-profile federal clients, including the Departments of State, Homeland Security, and Justice.

Ms. Hope comes to ARRAY after a distinguished career in the State Department where she was Director of Electronic Information in the Bureau of Public Affairs. She revolutionized the approach to information dissemination by creating the main State Department website at www.state.gov and later by introducing a content management system, one of the first in the federal government. Upon her retirement, she received the Secretary’s Career Achievement Award as well as a Superior Honor Award for her outstanding contributions to the Department.

ARRAY is a nationally recognized small business that consistently helps government agencies achieve mission success through “Applied” Innovation. “ARRAY focuses on the application of emerging and proven technologies, delivered through our rapid delivery model, informed by industry best practices and our keen understanding of our client’s domain,” says Andre Etherly, Vice President, Federal Solutions. The company has achieved multiple national and regional awards for its growth achievements, including being recognized frequently by Inc. Magazine, as one of the 500 fastest growing businesses in the US, and as a Washington Technology Fast 50 awardee. ARRAY brings the capability and leadership of a medium-sized business but retains the agility of a small business.
