Greenbelt, MD, July 15, 2012 In Part Two of a three-part series on the Federal web, Colleen Hope, Information Architect at Array Information Technology, gives CMSWire perspective on the background of the “strategic elements upon which today’s Federal social network is built.” First, the public and private sectors face many of the same issues.
