Quality Program

ARRAY is audited annually for ISO 9001:2008, ISO 20000-1:2011, and ISO 27001:2013. We are appraised at CMMI ML3 for both Development and Services. We are one of the few companies competing for ITES-3S holding the combination of all five certifications and appraisals as a prime contractor. The strength of our approach is not just our possession of multiple certifications but the integrated way we have incorporated high-quality, repeatable, and certified processes into a proven management approach.

Often, when companies implement numerous certifications between ISO and CMMI, there can be confusion and overlaps. A strength of our QMS is the effort taken by ARRAY to decouple all QA methodologies and to implement a single, consolidated set of processes and templates that supports our adherence to industry best practices. The integrated QMS accounts for and leverages the commonalities and differences in the three common key governance areas of Program Management, Systems Engineering, and Quality Management.

ARRAY has implemented the QMS company-wide, providing our internal staff and subcontractors with initial and refresher training. All new employees, including subcontractor staff, are required to read ARRAY’s Quality Manual and become familiar with our QMS site on ARRAYConnect. QMS annual audits and quarterly management reviews and customer feedback audits, serve as a continuous feedback loop.
