Medical Plan Choices
By offering a choice of three plans, there’s sure to be a plan that works for you! Below is a brief description of the three plans:

HSA: is considered a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), and has lower monthly premiums with a higher annual deductible. With this plan you have the option of seeing In Network or Out of Network providers without obtaining referrals for covered services. This plan utilizes the CareFirst BluePreferred Nationwide network and is available to employees inside and outside the DC Metro Area.

PPO: allows you to control health care costs and gives you access to a larger network of providers to choose from without the hassle of referrals. This plan utilizes the CareFirst BluePreferred Nationwide network which is available to employees living inside and outside of the DC Metro Area.

EPO: offers great cost savings and a large network to utilize when choosing your Primary Care Physician. The EPO plan requires that you select a Primary Care Physician but does not require that you obtain referrals. This plan utilizes the BlueChoice network when inside the CareFirst territory in MD/DC and Northern Virginia and the BCBS Nationwide BlueCard PPO Network in all other areas.

Dental Plan
Our dental benefits are provided by The Guardian Dental Plan and provides four main types of services:

  • Preventive care (routine exams and cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, X-rays)
  • Basic treatment (simple extractions, fillings & root canals)
  • Major treatment (bridges, crowns, dentures, molar root canals, complex extractions & scaling & root planning)
  • Orthodontia (for children)

Vision Plan
Our vision plan is through a national network of Vision Service Plan (VSP) preferred providers you have many choices. You may see a VSP network doctor or go out of network.

TRICARE Supplement Plan
Military retirees and their dependents may be eligible through TRICARE and DEERS to enroll in a TRICARE Supplement Plan option offered by the American Military Retirees Association (AMRA) and administered by the Association & Society Insurance Corporation (ASI). This supplement coverage ‘wrap around’ TRICARE benefits to cover out-of-pocket expenses inherent in all health care plans.

All full-time employees are eligible to participate. This will allow you to put aside PRE-TAX dollars to pay for your eligible medical, dental and vision expenses and Dependent Care expenses with the maximum contributions set to match the IRS’s guidelines.
ARRAY offers Group Long Term Care Benefits that provides coverage if the insured is chronically ill and is receiving care while confined in a Long Term Care Facility. Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance is also covered and employees can purchase additional life insurance for the employee, spouse and children. ARRAY also provides both long and short term disability coverage.

Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
To get you started, Array provides Basic Life and AD&D Insurance for you at 2 times your annual base salary up to a maximum of $300,000. This is at no cost to you.

Short & Long Term Disability Insurance
A surprising number of people find themselves hurt or sick and unable to work even if only for a short time. But would a month seem like a short time if you had no income?

Array’s disability plans work together to pay you if you become disabled and cannot work. These disability plans are provided at no cost to you:

Long Term Care
Long Term Care is something that many employees do not think about when assessing their benefits or their insurance needs. Group Long Term Care provided by Unum offers you security at lower premiums than individual plans.

Array provides, with no cost to you, a base Long Term Care plan which includes $1,000.00 facility monthly benefit for 3 years with a lifetime maximum of $36,000.00

Paid Time Off
Regular full-time employees accrue and earn personal leave days, which may be used as religious observances, sick or vacation days. Employee PTO accrual is based off of number of years of service.

PTO Donation Policy
ARRAY recognizes that employees may have a personal crisis that causes a severe impact to them resulting in a need for additional time off in excess of their available PTO leave. Eligible employees will be allowed to donate PTO leave from their unused balance to their co-workers in need in accordance with the policy outlined below. This policy is strictly voluntary.

ARRAY offers full time employees 10 paid federal holidays as well as Bereavement, Jury Duty, and Military Leave

As an employee, if you are at least 18 years of age, you are eligible to participate in both the Traditional 401(k) plan, and the Roth 401(k) plan with Fidelity Management Trust Company. You are eligible to enroll on the first of the month following your date of employment.
ARRAY offers employees automatic payroll deposit into a financial institution of their choice. Employees may designate either a savings or checking account for direct deposit.
ARRAY encourages all employees to continue their education. ARRAY has generous tuition reimbursement programs for undergraduate and graduate programs. ARRAY provides quality training programs to our employees and offers reimbursement for technical training and certifications upon completion of approved courses. In addition, ARRAY reimburses members of our staff for job related Professional Affiliations and Professional Magazine subscriptions and seminars.
