AFCEA Recognizes ARRAY Executive Kyna McCall-Paster for International Meritorious Service

Fairfax, VA, April 27, 2021 – ARRAY, today announces that Kyna McCall-Paster, ARRAY Client Executive and President of the Montgomery AFCEA Chapter has been awarded the AFCEA International Meritorious Service Award in recognition of meritorious contributions to AFCEA and the community, and numerous professional accomplishments.

Kyna was selected for her tireless work planning and executing the Montgomery IT Summit (MITS) 2020 Planning Committee and for her work planning the annual golf tournament. She also played a key role working with sponsors for the Education Foundation (EdF) and, as a result, secured over $50,000 in donations to the EdF or rolled over to MITS 2021.

Under her leadership, the chapter stayed relevant and engaged during the pandemic through a series of virtual “lunch and learn” events and joint chapter meetings with the Huntsville chapter. The EdF held at a minimum 5 virtual training events, to include Camp IT, Innovate-AFITC, Google Innovation for teachers, and Trivia Lunch and Learn with 7 River Region High School and local colleges. These virtual meetings drove a significant increase in new membership.
