Greenbelt, MD. (March 16, 2018) – Array Information Technology, Inc. (ARRAY), a growing IT contractor, is proud to announce the award of a $250 million Army Cloud Computing Enterprise Transformation (ACCENT) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).
With this award, ARRAY has expanded their DoD portfolio and leveraged their success in developing Applications and Cloud Instances for the Air Force. ARRAY was selected due to their background in transformation and modernization of Legacy Systems, which is crucial in preparation for Cloud Migration initiatives. ACCENT is the Army’s preferred source of cloud computing services that can be utilized by all DoD military services requiring cloud transition support and application modernization services. ACCENT also supports the Army Data Center Consolidation Plan (ADCCP) modernization objectives to transition designated Army applications to authorized commercial cloud service providers (CSP) or Army Enterprise Data Centers (AEDC).
“I am excited at our continuing success in developing new markets and capabilities for the ARRAY organization,” said Jon Dittmer, SVP of Aerospace and Defense for ARRAY. Blair Vorgang, Defense Client Executive, further elaborates, “This BOA opens the entire Department of Defense to our teams that have already done transformational work within the Air Force.”
