ARRAY Named Washington Post’s 2020 Top Workplaces

Greenbelt, MD, 06/25/20 – Array Information Technology has been recognized as one of the 2020 Top Workplaces in the annual employee-based survey by The Washington Post in the mid-sized category. Results of the survey are based solely on employee surveys and measure aspects of workplace culture and employee engagement.

“ARRAY exists to secure and improve the mission success and performance of our Public Sector clients and the way they impact the daily lives of our Citizens and Nation. This recognition highlights how our employees have embraced and been an integral part of operationalizing this vision and mission,” said Sumeet Shrivastava, President and CEO of ARRAY. “We understand that employees are our greatest asset and are excited to see that being recognized outside our organization.”

ARRAY employs a team of talented and enthusiastic professionals who are passionate about the mission they serve. The culture embodies the attributes of family, empowerment and impact where individuals are treated with respect, empathy and friendship. The environment inspires personal and professional growth while employees are encouraged to create, innovate and take risks.

“Our employees are extraordinary in their relentless efforts to help customers achieve mission success.  Their passion for serving and mutual support has created a work environment where individuals feel inspired and respected,” said Curt White, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of ARRAY. “I am truly honored that they have expressed such positive views of ARRAY and our culture.”

The Washington Post began the Top Workplaces initiative in 2014. This year more than 120,000 employees in the Washington area and awarded companies in the categories of small, midsize, larger and largest. A ranked list which includes the top three winners in all categories will be unveiled in October.
