ARRAY President and CEO Sumeet Shrivastava Named as Finalist for SECAF Government Contractor Executive of the Year

Greenbelt, MD, 09/29/20 – Array Information Technology (ARRAY) is pleased to announce that Sumeet Shrivastava, ARRAY President and CEO, has been selected as a finalist for the Government Contractor Executive of the Year at the 12th Annual SECAF Awards which will be announced at the virtual Awards Gala held on October 1.

Shrivastava joins four other highly accomplished finalists in the category of Government Contractor Executive of the Year which recognizes executives who have shown a compelling and profound commitment to excellence to their company, community, the government contracting industry and their employees.

An accomplished executive and proven business leader, Shrivastava has almost three decades of experience in the government IT industry. As President and CEO of ARRAY, Shrivastava provides overall corporate leadership for the company’s growth strategy, which included a successful graduation from the 8(a) program and established ARRAY as a full-and-open, competitive government contractor. In 2019, he was recognized by WashingtonExec as a Top 10 CEO to Watch.

Throughout his career Shrivastava has provided mentorship and support to small and emerging businesses in the GovCon community. Committed to his alma mater, George Mason University (MBA ’94) and giving back to the community, he has served on the Business School’s Advisory Council for the Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and supported the launch of the Center for Government Contracting. In addition, Shrivastava currently serves on the Board of the TiE DC Chapter, the Children’s Science Center, the GMU Foundation Board of Trustees and is the President of Mason’s Alumni Association.
