ARRAY Receives Multiple Honors at 2020 NVTC Tech 100 Awards
Both ARRAY and ARRAY President and CEO Sumeet Shrivastava Awarded NVTC Tech 100 Honors for Company and Executive
Fairfax, VA, 12/17/2020 – ARRAY is pleased to announce that the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) named both ARRAY and ARRAY President and CEO Sumeet Shrivastava as NVTC Tech 100 honorees at the annual awards ceremony held virtually on December 16, 2020.
The NVTC Tech 100 Awards celebrate the most innovative technology companies and top tech executives within the Greater Washington region. ARRAY and Shrivastava were recognized for consistently demonstrating dedication, vision and innovation.
“While this year has presented numerous challenges to every organization and individual, it is encouraging to see so many of the area’s tech companies and executives remain resilient and committed to the health and wellbeing of their employees, the success of their companies, and industry advancement. Congratulations to ARRAY and Sumeet Shrivastava for being named a 2020 NVTC Tech 100 honoree and for the positive impact they have made in our region.” said Jennifer Taylor, NVTC president and CEO.
2020 was a significant year for ARRAY as it represented the culmination of one of the most significant hurdles in Federal contracting – the migration from small to unrestricted status. With a disciplined and focus-first mentality, ARRAY’s mission-obsessed culture has earned it deep client intimacy and trust. And while ARRAY’s mission-focus and application-centric capabilities are necessary building blocks for its success, ARRAY recognizes that its ability to achieve long-term success in the Defense community is through its people.
“Work brings incredible demands, but by building the right kind of company, we can face those challenges together as a team. And when leaders create that environment, it empowers the next layer to do the same and so on. This is where our true ability to create positive impact comes in – not just within our company, but within the community and industry as a whole,” said Shrivastava. “Receiving this honor for both ARRAY and myself is a testament that we are creating that positive impact we strive for, and I am incredibly proud of our team for this achievement.”
Recognitions of ARRAY, Sumeet and team in 2020 have included Washington Post Top Workplaces, SECAF GovCon Executive of the Year Finalist, Best of Melbourne, and WashingtonExec’s Pinnacle Award for Cybersecurity Executive of the Year and Finalist Award for Diversity & Inclusion.
