Baltimore County Public Schools issued this contract to insure the ability in resolving technology related issues at any BCPS office or school under their umbrella. The intent of this contract is to provide network engineering and HelpDesk/Desktop support services on an as-needed basis and in a timely manner. All BCPS needs will be issued through Time & Material (T&M) task orders for any technical services they require.
Our steadfast goal with this contract is to enhance the BCPS Technology Team so they can impact the lives of the students within the Baltimore County Public School System. We will meet the needs of BCPS in the following way:
Along with our internal recruiting team, we have aligned ourselves with 2 small & minority-owned business partners to provide technical consultants in an abbreviated timeline to ensure any technology issues are handled appropriately. We will safeguard that our consultants meet or exceed the technical requirements issued by BCPS via their Task Order process as well making sure their costs are consistent with the BCPS approved rate schedule.
