OMB Report on Federal Modernization

On behalf of the United States Air Force (USAF), our multi-company team—comprised of staff from ARRAY, NTT Data, TSRI, and Datum—delivered a successful modernization of a COBOL-based system running on aged mainframes to a Java-based system running on x86 Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).

ARRAY’S program was recently highlighted as one of the five successful Federal Modernization projects and the only DoD modernization project in the GAO Report Information Technology: Agencies Need to Develop Modernization Plans for Critical Legacy Systems, GAO-19-471.
